Who we are. The Happyness Lifestyle is a project of LTU Publishing. This policy covers thehappynesslifestyle.com. Questions about anything here can go through our contact form.

What we collect when you contact us. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, the nature of your inquiry, and your message. We collect that information so we can reply to you. It is stored on this website and emailed to us. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside our own team.

Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through the site, which pages hold attention, and which do not. This tells us which writing is landing. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data on Google infrastructure under Google own privacy terms. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Cookies and your choice. Analytics and any advertising or functional scripts are blocked until you agree to them. When you first arrive you will see a privacy notice with three options: accept everything, reject everything, or open preferences and choose category by category. Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary to serve the page runs before you choose. You can change your mind at any time using the Manage Site Privacy control on any page, and your choice is remembered in a single cookie on your own device.

Rejecting is a real option. If you reject, the site works exactly the same. Nothing is withheld, and we do not ask again on every visit.

Email you asked for. If you join the community or subscribe, we use your address to send what you signed up for. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you promptly.

How long we keep things. Contact form messages are kept as long as they are useful for the conversation and our records. Analytics data follows Google retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send us a note through our contact form and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and we honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Children. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Links out. We link to podcasts, booksellers and other sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes. If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date below.
